The Winchelsea Community Singing Group covers everything from classical to jazz, cultural folk songs to children’s nursery rhymes, with ears and tonsils peeled for making some very serious fun together.

In the delightful ambience of the Winchelsea Shire Hall, the rafters ring weekly to melodious strains that are fun to forge and guaranteed to provoke smiles and giggles or tingles down the spine, quite often both! Choir Mistress Kai Whyte doesn’t merely have the qualifications and experience, she has that `je ne sais quoi` that transforms work into joy and ends in everyone labouring in harmony. If you need a feel-good moment in your life, or ‘just’ love music for its own sake, you can’t go past this regular community experience, drop in and tickle your tonsils with us and see what all the fun’s about.

Singing Group meets every Wednesday evening of the school term from 4:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m at the Winchelsea Shire Hall, cost is a mere $5 per week and cheap at thrice the price!
